Put it in the hands of those who can create and apply an intent-driven, business goal-centric strategy. It could, and NEEDS TO BE, a powerful and potent sales tool. There is far too much at stake and far too much potential to be wielded.
Do less, better.
I wish there were less empathy in the digital space.
